This thing is nice!
In Texas right now, the temperature has been around and above 110 degrees. Since the commute from my car to my office building alone is about 12 minutes, I wanted to find a solution. This electric scooter brings back feelings of nostalgia for me and turns heads as I zoom by pedestrians. It gets up to 17 mph (sometimes faster if I’m going downhill, I actually have to slow it down) with my weight at 125 lbs. Depending on the weight of the driver, it might be just a little less. It has two gears- one I use for going fast, and a training mode that would make me feel safer if a child uses it. For me, it charges in about 2-3 hours. The wheels are small and hard rubber, not inflatable. This means that the ride is a little bumpier than the more cushy electric scooters, but it also means you will not get a flat!
Overall, I would definitely recommend this as part of a commute, or even just for fun since it has a very good price point. Check it out on amazon.
**This scooter is so awesome that it is currently out-of-stock on Amazon. I will update this post when it becomes available again.**
